  • When the first Loan Estimate and other early disclosures are due
  • When your institution can impose fees on the borrower
  • The earliest date the loan can close
  • Any later closing date that may be required if corrected early disclosures have been provided
  • When disclosures must be provided or re-disclosed in order to close the loan by a particular date, such as when a new disclosure should be provided due to a change in the APR or a settlement cost
